
I am so thankful for spin class, I sweat, I get my anxiety out, and I burn a ton of calories. It is my favorite thing at the gym and wish I could do back to back classes most days.
I fell in love with it, I am a very uncoordinated person. Something about being 6 feet tall and having a 36 inch inseam has never really allowed me to be in tune with my body. So kickboxing and Zumba defiantly are not my favorite thing, I can do it but my timing is always off and I look like the giraffe in the back row.
I have an injury to my left shoulder and I am not allowed to lift weights so spinning is my savior. I burn so many calories and able to put my problems away for a whole hour. So far I have lost inches and my legs have become firmer.
I plan on posting everything I am thankful for on a daily basis and this is my thanks for the day. That and for my husband that allows me to go to class while he watches and takes care of our boys for me. He is just awesome.
